Tube Bending

Features

• Programmable work station.
• Allows you to store up to 25 part programs with up to 8 bends per part.
• Select the angle of bend on the keypad for precise, accurate, and repeatable bends to 195 degrees.
• Includes a parts counter.

Direct Hydraulic Clamping

• Clamps the part securely to the rotating die and prevents tube slippage during bending process.

Hydraulic Split Die Actuator

• The hydraulic split die actuator  is desirable when bending square or rectangular tubing, extrusions or whenever a split die has to be opened after each bend to remove the part.
• The actuator is controlled by pushbuttons from the work station.

Bending Capacity

• Pipe ¼’’ sch 40 or sch 80 up to 2’’.
• Square tube ¾’’ up to 2’’ any wall thickness.
• Solid round no limits up to 1 ½’’ dia.
• Solid square no limits up to 1 ½’’ square.
